Our client is looking for a Full time Senior Care Assistant on a temporary/ongoing basis to lead their team of Care Assistants within a small luxurious care home in Rochford (SS4)Brief job descriptionIn your role as a Senior Care Assistant you will be expected to demonstrate effective leadership skills and provide support for care staff whilst acting as a champion for residents safety and dignity. You will promote the professional image of the services through excellent communication, appropriate behaviour and professional appearance working in accordance with the homes polices and procedures. You will supervise care staff on a day to day basis and support residents when required with all aspects of daily living, ensuring respect of their choices, dignity and individuality. Liaise with various health professionals to ensure that residents receive the medical and clinical support they require.
