Commercial Finance Business ManagerAJ Chambers are seeking an experienced business developer to help grow our clients base, and grow the team, in our commercial finance team.We are a professional services recruitment specialist based in Rochford, Essex. We have an incredible and modern office space including on-site gym and games area, flexible working hours, and an autonomous and high-performance environment.The accountancy division is currently headed by the businesses Operations Director, and comprises of teams recruiting in accountancy practices, as well as for finance teams in other commercial businesses.The role would suit someone who is passionate about developing clients and winning new business, networking, and delivering a high-quality service.This role would work alongside the existing team where support would be provided, although we would also look to develop this persons skills in recruitment delivery.There is significant potential to grow this team, and this person can also take the lead in our internal candidate attraction, and delivering our business growth objectives.Experience RequiredThis person will need experience of a senior role in a business to business sales or relationship development environment. They should have lead a team and managed and coached junior colleagues to be successful.This role would only suit someone proactive to build something and someone who is comfortable business developing and networkingThe right person would also need to be someone motivated to coach, train and manager, and have the emotional intelligence to manage people with different personality types.AJ Chambers offers a generous commission scheme for personal billings, as well as managerial profit share bonus
