Science TeacherRemedy are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Science Teacher to join a team in Southend. As a Science Teacher, you will play a crucial role in developing students scientific knowledge and understanding, as well as their critical thinkingand problem-solving skills.Responsibilities for Science Teacher:Plan and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons that meet the requirements of the Key Stage 4 Science curriculumAssess and monitor students progress regularly, providing feedback and support as necessary.Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supportedWork collaboratively with other Science teachers and support staff to develop resources and schemes of workPromote the importance of Science and its relevance to everyday lifeContribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities, such as science clubs or field trips.Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentExperience teaching Science at Key Stage 4, with a proven track record of achieving excellent resultsKnowledge of the Key Stage 4 Science curriculum and assessment requirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA commitment to professional development and ongoing learning.We offer a supportive and dynamic working environment, where teachers are encouraged to innovate and develop their teaching practice.
