Job Description

The Role: Sales and Customer Service ExecutiveBook a Builder UK are a fun and exciting company to work for, we are looking for enthusiastic and driven people to join our team in Rochford!We are the UKs fastest growing online home services marketplace connecting home owners and tradespeople. providing unrivalled service with consistent customer satisfaction. Currently in a stage of fantastic growth, we are looking to expand our Sales teamwith enthusiastic individuals who have excellent Sales and Customer Service Experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls from new and existing customers in a professional manner
  • Assist customers with enquiries regarding the products and services we offer
  • Reaching out to B2B Companies (warm leads only)
  • Sales Order Processing on our internal CRM System
  • Sales Calls Inbound and Outbound
  • Managing all email/text correspondence in an efficient manner
  • Accurately describe our product features and benefits to increase your personal sales revenue

The Package
  • Salary £19,000 - £24,000 + Commission (Realistic annual OTE £35,00-£40,000+) depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Job security with permanent contract
