Job Description

Job RequirementsCeMAP qualification required (1,2,3) is essential. This position is ideal for those who are qualified mortgage and protection advisers, looking for a new home. We have designed a package of support to recruit with and retain our advisers for years to come.Flex Financial is a member firm of the award winning PRIMIS Mortgage Network. PRIMIS Mortgage Network- a wholly owned subsidiary of the highly respected parent business - LSL Property Services plc, is the largest dedicated Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with some 2500 advisers across some 700 individually branded businesses.Flex Financial is offering the right individual;

  • Remote work from home position to fit around your lifestyle. Location not an issue
  • CAS Status in Mortgage & Protection. Non CAS may be considered for the right individual who has industry experience.

  • Full IT Setup, including access to our CRM and databases in order to perform your role
  • Support from the principle and network in terms of meetings, sales skills, compliance, securing introducers, marketing and business development and industry training programmes
  • Opportunity to grow your social media presence with a social media license
  • Initial Induction course and chance to book onto the protection academy to learn the fundamentals of protection advice and best practise
  • Opportunity to be put onto a protection excellence course to further enhance and develop your skills.
  • Designated Area Compliance Manager for compliance support
  • We are authorised in Mortgages, Second charges, Equity Release, Protection and GI. We also have a separate arm that provides wills and estate planning advice - therefore there is an opportunity to refer into these services and earn referral commission
  • Commission splits available upon request.
