Service Care Solutions are looking for a Band 7 Team Leader and a Band 8a Team Manager for an NHS Perinatal Mental Health Service based in Rochford and Laindon. Applications are accepted from either Community Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers or Occupational Therapists with the relevant experience.**£150 SIGN UP BONUS!***Do you know someone who would be interested in this role We offer a £250 referral bonus per successful candidate that is referred*Applicants must drive and have access to a vehicle. *Temporary pay rate Band 7: £30ph ltd*Temporary pay rate Band 8a: £34ph ltdHours and length of contract: *Full time 37.5 hours*Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00*The manager is looking for the position to be filled ASAP with an initial 3 months contract.Daily Duties: The service offers support to women with mental health problems during pregnancy and up to a year postnatal. Band 7 Team Leader:You will be responsible for and provide effective leadership for a perinatal mental health clinical team providing a high quality service within the resources available within a defined area.Daily duties will include:*Carrying a small caseload when needed*Co-ordinating and leading a team*Management of referrals including delivery of care*Performance monitoring and management - allocating caseloads*Line management and supervision of staff*Deliver a service within the agreed financial budgets, ensuring maximum value in term of clinical and cost effectiveness*Organise and chair Care Planning and Review meetings for clients who present with significant risks and who have complex needs.*Lead and ensure the implementation of agreed action plans including risk management plans for individuals with high risk/complex needs*Ensure adherence to Governance requirements*Ensure service information requirements are met through the production of required statistics and data, and completion of daily diary sheets.Band 8a Team Manager:You will be responsible for the management of the Community Perinatal Mental Health Services across the Essex locality. You will provide line management for clinical Team Leaders on all service components you are responsible for.Daily duties will include:*Ensuring the continuity of delivery of a specialist community outreach and in patient services for those Mothers with serious mental health illnesses and problems in both pregnancy and post-natally*Leading the service and promoting a culture based on principles of recovery , co-production, choice and personalised care*Working in an effective partnership with Consultant Psychiatrist and clinical Psychologist*Deploy the capacity of the service in order to ensure that demand in met by the most appropriately skilled practitioners, and to ensure that service users flow through pathways of care according to need.*co-ordinating the management of the operational team, ensuring effective training, ongoing professional development and professional supervision is maintained*Manage financial resources efficiently and in line with agreed plans/budgets*Understand and contribute to the management of the wider environment and stakeholders-e. g commissioning*CQC*Assist the AD/Service Manager in the strategic development of perinatal care within the AMH services *Hold overall management responsibility for effective and robust systems across the serviceMust be able to cover 2 teams across both Rochford and Laindon.Person specification:The applicant must be DBS cleared and have previous experience in the field.If you are interested in this role then please contact Emma at SCS on or send across your CV directly to
