Reed Accountancy are working exclusively with an exciting transport company based in Rochford Essex, who are searching for an Experienced Accounts Assistant for a 6-month fixed term contract, to join the team on a hybrid full time basis!This will be an immediate start in the new year for the successful applicant.You will be involved in the entire transactional accounting function and be available assist the Finance Manager.This role will require previous experience in: Raising purchase orders and obtaining approvals Placing orders for overheads and allocating to sites Tracking purchase orders and maintaining the PL Raising sales invoices and sending to customers Assisting with the preparation of contract reports Posting journals for expenses Assisting with month end accruals and prepayments Supporting with month end management accountsIdeally you will be experienced, AAT or Similar and available to start in January 2023Salary: £26,000 -£30,000 PA Pro RataLocation: Southend-On-SeaHours: 9am-5pm Hybrid Working. Full TimeThis role offers, hybrid working after short induction period & Free Parking.
