Our client is on the hunt for an experienced Customer Support Administrator. You will be a key member of the team responsible for ensuring a seamless customer journey for landowners and investors. Due to the industry our client operates, experience withinlandscaping or property would be advantageous but not essential. Who are you You will be a friendly and personable individual capable of picking up new processes quickly and efficiently and have had at least one year experience within a customer service position. What will you be doingThis is a busy role within a small and proactive team. You will be responsible for carrying out administrative duties as well as providing excellent customer support via telephone and email. Additional responsibilities include:* Maintain department databases and ensure information is accurate and up to date. * Liaise with external parties allowing for internal tasks and responsibilities to be completed on time.* Dealing with, and escalating when required, customer queries and complaints.* Complete general office support activities and additional duties as required by management.
