Please read on for more info.We provide a therapeutic approach by employing a highly experienced and talented staff who work with our consultant clinical psychologist to provide a stable and nurturing environment for young people, who are at serious risk of absconding, substance misuse, child sexual exploitation and who can present with complex emotional and behavioural difficulties. The support worker will need to be committed to nurturing and making a positive difference to the children and young people they look after.Support Worker role:As a Residential Support Worker you will work as part of a successful team empowering young people to reach their full potential in all areas of their lives. Your aim will be to support the residents to have equal opportunities to develop their independence & social skills in preparation for adult life. You will assist the young people in making their own choices and decisions to the maximum of their capability and ensure their needs and wishes are fully considered at all times.
