Job Description

"Urgent HR Advisor interim assignment"

  • Location: Sussex/Hybrid
  • Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week)
  • Urgency: Immediate start date
  • Duration: 3 months
The HR Advisor will...• Acting as the first point of contact for all day to day HR enquiries• Undertaking investigations as required, then preparing investigation reports to submit for both disciplinary and capability hearings• Maintaining digital copies of employees records• Managing the full employee life cycle• Updating all HR systems with accuracyThe successful HR Advisor will have...• Proven experience in a similar position, big part of the role is employee relations• Confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint• Confident on the telephone and customer focused• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills• Able to work independently as well as part of a team• Can apply judgement in problem solvingIf this position sounds of interest and you are available immediately to start, please apply now with your most recent C.V.
