Review suppliers, ensuring capabilities are aligned with the correct quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
Analyse performance data and document information gained correctly.
Develop positive relationships and work closely with procurement to help track performance.
Use performance data to perform current and new supplier audits.
Monitor quality performance (scorecards) and manage CARS and SCARS while implementing preventative measures to deal with these quality issues.
Manage and coordinate Per Million (PPM), problem-solving on time, cost recovery, and warranty indicators.
Implement the correct quality techniques, helping to ensure that the business reaches its annual objectives.
