We are a growing modern care business and we need likeminded individuals to join our excellent team.We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, hardworking and with excellent empathy to join our team to provide a service to clients with learning disabilities, enduring mental health and behaviours that challenge, you will provide professional care and support to individuals using a holistic approach.We have an exciting opportunity for the role of a Deputy Manager at our Wolverhampton unit which supports clients in residential and supported living settings. This role might be of interest to any individuals that feel that they hold the necessary skills and experience as a manager or to progress into a management role.Potential candidates will be required to hold the below relevant skills and experience;Working towards a QCF level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care or an approved alternative such as NVQ level 4 Leadership and Management for Care Services would be an advantage, however a QCF / NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential.You will be required to complete a QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care should you be successful.To be considered for the role it would be ideal if you have worked as a Manager or Deputy Manager before, however it is essential that you have at least two years supervisory experience as a Senior Support Worker in your current or most recent job role.A clean driving licence and business insurance for your personal car will be required for the role.The hours of work will be 40.25 hours per week on a rota basis.Salary will be assessed based on skills and experience and you will receive 4 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays.Should you wish to express your interest in the role then please can I ask that you put this in writing and attach a copy of a covering letter and a copy of your CV for the attention of the HR Manager.We look forward to hearing from you!
