Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Senior Sales Consultant for a leading luxury family owned retailer for their brand new store in Bristol.Steeped in history my client showcases brands such as Vi-Spring, Parker Knoll, Tetrad, Duresta, Natuzzi and Himolla and an appreciation for this customer demographic is essential.The ideal Senior Sales Consultant:- Must have experience in face to face consultative retail sales (furniture experience desirable but not essential)- Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport- Be confident and highly motivated- Be someone who is a high achiever with a proven track record of consistent sales performance.The successful Senior Sales Consultant can look forward to being part of an on-going growth plan within an award winning company that truly Rewards, Recognises & Invests in your career development, both financially and progressively.Basic Salary: c£23,000, initial guarantees and individual commission structure on all sales; genuine uncapped first year OTE c£40k - £50k (commission paid on order not delivery; 1-4% on all products)Required skills
