As new products are introduced in store, you will build your knowledge anddevelop your skills in customer service to ensure that you can deal with every type of customer enquiry.As the face of H. While you may not specifically have jewellery experience, you will certainly have an interest in jewellery products and brands. Your Training As an Apprentice Sales Associate you will undergo ‘Introductory and Silver’ levels of our formal ‘Signet Jewellery Academy’ training and development programme. You will also complete an Intermediate Retail Skills Apprenticeship with Technical Certificateand Key Skills. An experienced mentor will be on hand to support you for the duration of your Apprenticeship.Your RewardsWe offer a training salary of £7.00 per hour, plus benefits, including sales incentives and staff discount. This applies to 16-18 year old Apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship.
