Job Description

Senior Conveyancing Fee Earner, BristolResolve Recruitment are proud to be working with a reputable and well-established solicitors firm based in north Bristol. Due to expansion, our client now seeks a skilled and motivated Senior Conveyancing Fee Earner to head up their busy conveyancing andproperty team in order to contribute to the continued success and growth of the practice.The role:

  • Manage and progress a varied caseload of private client residential property matters, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
  • Handle private client conveyancing cases.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients, guiding them through complex processes with clarity and empathy.
  • Conduct legal research and stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the legal process to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Prepare and review legal documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Represent clients in meetings, negotiations, and, if necessary, court proceedings.
The person:
  • Essential: Qualified solicitor/Legal Executive or licenced conveyancer
  • Newly qualified Solicitors/Conveyancers will be considered if they have at least 5 years experience within a similar Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancing Fee Earner role
  • Customer focused with the ability to provide a very high level of customer service
  • Effective time management
  • Excellent organisational skills, verbal and written
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to use initiative to ensure productivity
  • Ability to self-motivate and contribute to a team
