Job Description

Are you an experienced Business to Business Sales professionalWould you like the opportunity to specialise in Construction salesMinster in Bristol is recruiting now for a Sales Specialist to join the team. This role is 100% Account Management based working with an allocated portfolio of current customers, where you will develop the relationship and become a true, trustedpartner to our customers.First and foremost, we always want to recruit talented people that align well with our values and way of working. A great Internal Sales Specialist at Minsters will put the customer first, focusing on finding solutions for them and building trust. Trulyacting as an entrepreneur you will be proactive, taking time to understand your customers. Youll also show resilience when things dont go according to plan; being open to new ideas and happy to learn.There is some specific knowledge and experience we are looking for from suitable candidates;

  • Some knowledge or experience of working with building materials and products would be preferred
  • Experience of working in sales - lead generation, new business and lapsed customers
  • Passion for building long term customer relationships
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4:30pm or 8am-5pmOur Sales Executives are an important contributor to the performance of the business and to ensure our customers have a positive experience with us. As this role has a strong focus on sales, we are looking for someone who loves building relationships withCustomers and proactively generate sales both face to face and over the phone. To support our customers effectively you will;
  • Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions
  • Increase our sales portfolio within the local areas to achieve Branch targets
  • Proactively develop great relationships with new and existing Customers, understanding their needs to provide advice and solutions
  • Meet our customers face to face to develop customer relationships
  • Build awareness of local market competition; keeping us at the forefront of our industry
