Job Description

Signature Recruitment have partnered with an international defence company based in Patchway in the hunt for an Office Administrator. The company are well known for the expert knowledge in developing and supplying a broad portfolio of airborne, land andnaval systems and products for defence, homeland security and commercial aviation applications.The role is working in a brand-new office, supporting the day to day office operations including meeting visitors, office administration and reception duties. The successful applicant will act as the face of the organisation and will take responsibilityfor day-to-day logistical office running.Package and Benefits

  • Basic salary of up to £24,00 DOE (if you meet all the criteria but are looking for a bit more, please still get in touch)
  • 37.5 hour week (Mon-Thu 0830-1730 and Fri 0830-1400)

Responsibilities
  • Greeting visitors and issuing visitor badges.
  • Dealing with mail and deliveries, contacting relevant persons.
  • Supporting with meeting room allocations and setting up meeting rooms.
  • Room checks for stationery and equipment, and ensuring office is fully stocked.
  • Additional administration tasks to support front of house and facilities.
  • Ordering stationary, consumables and confectioneries whilst maintaining stock and footfall register.
Requirements
  • Experience working as receptionist or office administrator.
  • Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
  • Organised.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with customers and suppliers.
The small print: This is a full time, permanent role, working 37.5 hours a week. Location is Patchway with onsite parking or accessible by public transport. Due to the industry, security clearance will need to be carried out on the relevantcompany.
