My client based in Patchway, Bristol are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor/Administrator to join their team.The role is to start immediately and is on a temp to perm basis.Duties involve :Inbound callsPrice and availabilityProcessing ordersArranging collections and chasing couriersLiaising with different departments via EmailIt is a nice mix of admin and phone work. Answering the phone, processing orders, dealing with emails, etc.The permanent salary is approx £21K-24 K (Depending on experience)The hours 39.5 hours a week- Mon-Fri 8.30am -5.30pm1 hour lunchIdeal candidate would be someone with : Excellent telephone manner with previous experience in a customer service role Strong PC skills with previous experience in administration Able to multitask , use own initiative and work as a team.
