Job Description

Personal Assistant £27,500 - £35,000A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a PA to join a mission-driven investment advisor and fund manager based in Central London. This will be to support the management team including three Managing Directors and three Directors. The ideal candidate will haveexperience of working within a dynamic business environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines with strong communication skills, have the proven ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently, with integrity, excellence and a strong team ethic. What youll do;

  • Diary management and scheduling of appointments and meetings
  • Organise national and international travel including reservations and visas
  • Collating and preparing the data and information required for Board Meetings
  • Supporting the wider team in organising meetings and events
  • Handling confidential matters with discretion
  • Gatekeeper and first point of contact for the senior management team
  • Managing expenses
  • Providing support to external visitors
  • Phone management taking clear and detailed messages
What youll need;
  • 2 years experience
  • A collaborative and inclusive approach
  • Experience of diary management and expense management
  • Highly motivated, focused, and organised
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure, using your own initiative
  • High attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Positive, enthusiastic and a can-do attitude
  • Strong Microsoft skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship building capabilities
