Job Description

The Opportunity:Altus Group has an exciting opportunity for two new Surveyor Appointment Administrators to join our growing Operations team in January 2021. The primary role of the Surveyor Appointment Administrator is to book site inspections for surveyors by calling our existing commercial clients, hitting KPIs for number of inspections booked. They are to ensure that the inspections are booked in the most productive way, ensuring that the surveyor time is maximised when visiting clients, and that all relevant information is passed on to the surveyor in an accurate and timely manner.This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to utilise and develop their great communication skills in a business to business environment.   • Pro-actively book surveyor inspections for existing commercial clients by calling and emailing the clients, ensuring you are meeting the surveyors deadlines and targets.
  • Ensure geographically the surveyors are as productive as possible.
  • Diary management; organising multiple surveyors diaries to ensure all appointments and details are passed over accurately.
  • Delivering an excellent service to clients and surveyors alike, ensuring strong and positive working relationships.
  • Ensure that we have collected the clients supporting documentation to enable us to successfully deliver a full service and maintain ongoing accurate records for every client.
  • Communicate with business clients and surveyors, both written and verbal.
  • Manage the clients expectations and deal with their initial queries, ensuring they understand the process of an inspection and the timescales involved.
  • Gather client HAS requirements for surveyors (hard hat, high vis jackets, etc).
  • Manage the processes for retention issues, liaising with other internal departments, including the Surveying team to ensure that we deliver the best outcome for the client.
  • Position Requirements:
  • 6 A*-C GCSEs
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including; PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and internet applications.
  • Previous experience of building and maintaining relationships with clients (preferred).
  • Thrives in a target driven environment.
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent at building relationships.
  • The ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
  • Pro-active, self-motivated and organised.
