Job Description

My client based close to Royston is looking for a talented, enthusiastic Marketing Executive to contribute towards the development and delivery of marketing plans. This is a full time, permanent position and you will be working for a delightful family run business who support their staff in all areas and are very keen on development within your role and company. The company offers a great basic salary dependant on experience and excellent career opportunities. You will need a car due to the nature of the location.Duties:

Monitor and report on the performance of the activities set out in the marketing plan

Organise marketing projects and events Including writing creative briefs

Sourcing advertising opportunities

Using the marketing mix to manage the production of marketing material and managing the stock of printed material

Organising photo shoots as directed

Writing and proof-reading

Maintaining and updating customer databases

Conducting market research

Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity

Build strategies to create digital connections with customers

Run the company social media accounts and use them to drive traffic to our website

Manage the content of the website

Continually work on the website to increase usefulness to visitors, make it easier to use, boost its ranking using white hat SEO techniques

Write, or arrange to write, articles and blog posts which make the website more useful to dentists and show us as an expert in our field. Also use the blog posts to target specific keywords to increase our organic SEO results

Work with web designer to add pages to the website however where possible do the work internally

Send emails to our email list and use proven professional techniques to get dentists to sign-up for our emails

Create banners and format images etc. as required for the above

Determine the message designs to be portrayed

Create images for marketing purposes that portray a message

Liaise with external agencies such as printers to ensure that their work is of high quality and value

Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work

Work with external videographer to produce high-quality videos

Conduct business development activities such as following up potential leads by phone or email

Carry out small but regular daily amounts of telemarketing to get leads, book appointments and carry out research of prospects prior to getting in touch with them

You will need to have:

Business experience in a marketing role

Strong grasp of marketing

Used social media to increase website traffic and customer engagement with brand

Customer profiling experience

Attendance or management of exhibitions
