Pyramid8 is working in partnership with a boutique holiday park, that has several parks across Yorkshire and the Northeast. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a Sales Executive to join their long standing and established team, within their sitein Wakefield.This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a thriving holiday park, nestled within 300 acres of National Trust Parkland, which offers beautiful scenery and ample walks! Working as part of a team of 10, you will join them as a Sales Executive. The park hostsnearly 100 holiday home pitches and 20 touring pitches. All enquiries are incoming to the park, as it sells itself, there is no cold calling to any clients, you just need to offer quotes based upon clients needs and requirements and offer a service focusedsale. You will be responsible for new sales and part exchanges, along with all associated administration tasks, including aftersales care. As you will be working alongside an experienced team member, you will be offered support and training on all aspectsof the role.To be considered, you will have experience of working toward sales targets, with a customer focused sales approach and not a hard-sell. Its imperative that you provide exceptional levels of customer service, you listen to customer requirements and offera solution based on their needs. As the park is open 11 months of the year, you will see your customers regularly and act as an ambassador for the company.In return, you will receive a basic salary up to £25,000 depending on your experience, along with an extremely lucrative and uncapped bonus, based on profit and completion terms of each sale. In addition, once your annual target and KPIs have been achieved,you will receive an additional £10,000 bonus! This opportunity gives a genuine OTE of £50K+. The working week is Thursday to Monday 10am - 6pm, with a 7pm finish on Monday & Thursday for client calls. As expected, you will be flexible with working days/hoursto meet business demands.
