The ambitious team are focused on making Nostell one of Yorkshire’s most high profile visitor attractions and are looking for creative hard-working people who will bring ideas and energyto the property. The property is situated a short distance from bustling Wakefield, meaning the property offers a rare opportunity to work in the country, but live in the city.Click here for more information about this location What youll be doing As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be making sure that Nostell operates as it should, by line managing an established team of Facilities Assistants, running a safe, efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. Supporting the Facilities Managerwith compliance tasks. You’ll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be helping with maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), cleaning and caretaking, the presentation of public areas andvisitor facilities, preparing meeting rooms and co-ordinating deliveries and collections.Please also read the full role profile attached to this advert.
