Job Description

This agency specialises in creative services, working with local authorities, businesses, Multi Academy Trusts (MATs), national organisations, charities, schools and more to create campaigns that transform lives.They are looking for a Graphic & Motion Designer to create engaging animated content within their Design Team.Graphic & Motion DesignerWakefield, WF4 1ABFull Time, PermanentSalary £26,500 - £30,000 per annumPlease Note: Applicants must be eligible to work in the UKAs Graphic & Motion Designer, you will play a significant part in the design offer by creating attention-grabbing, scroll-stopping visual content. Youll work on materials for a wide range of clients across the education sector and beyond within a variedset of brand guidelines.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who:

  • Knows their way around the Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects), ideally with a degree in Animation or similar.
  • Has proven themselves in a similar role.
  • Is keen to apply their knowledge and skills in an energetic team.
  • Is prepared to try new things and bring fresh ideas.
  • Wants to work on projects that make a real difference to lives across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising with Projects and Partnership Managers and, in some cases, clients directly, to understand and deliver to project and client needs.
  • Working with other team members to develop concepts and ideas, offering creative input and client awareness.
  • Delivering exciting and engaging design solutions with a high level of self-assured quality and attention to detail.
  • Contributing to new design ideas, in particular to the development and growth of the digital design offer.
  • Articulating design decisions well and offering constructive feedback for other creatives in the team.
  • Demonstrating effective time management and the ability to manage multiple projects within your schedule.
  • Offering positive support and guidance for Junior Designers.
