Senior Geotechnical EngineerLocation: NorwichReference: BY1070Salary: £32,000 - £42,000Are you a Geotechnical Engineer looking to take the next step in your career with a team of geotechnical specialists This company has over 40 years in the ground investigation industry, offering full geotechnical consultancy, engineering and geo-environmentalservices, and theyre now looking to expand their team Norwich based team with a Senior Geotechnical Engineer.The successful Senior Geotechnical Engineer will be offered:

The Senior Geotechnical Engineer role will entail: managing contracts, client liaison, tendering, data analysis, interpretative report writing, managing junior members of the team and ensuring business technical development is managed. A basic knowledgeof geotechnical design including slope stability, excavation, retaining walls and foundations, will be acknowledged as an advantage.To be considered for this Senior Geotechnical Position you should:
  • Be familiar with UK site investigation techniques.
  • Have an understanding of the requirements of Eurocode 7 as a basis for preparing geotechnical designs.
  • Have experience working in the geotechnical industry, with interest in trenchless construction systems as an advantage.
  • Have exceptional communication and time management skills.
  • Hold a valid UK Drivers license.
  • Be commutable to Norwich.
