Job Description

Technical Accounts ManagerNorwich£40,000 - £60,000Full-Time PermanentBenefits:

Great opportunity for a QBE or Qualified Accoutant or Tax Advisor. You will have experience of advising individuals and businesses. If you are studying for a qualification or newly qualified and are passionate about developing yourself, our client wouldalso love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities as Technical Accounts Manager:
  • Responding to queries raised by the franchisees on the Technical Helpdesk.
  • Participate in relevant training for the network.
  • Attend relationship building events with existing and potential franchisees.
  • Participate in technical visits, currently remote.
Key Requirements:
  • A professional practice background.
  • An accountant or tax advisor with a formal qualification or qualified by experience.
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Knowledge of IT.
