A bit about the job:You will be responsible for creation and utilisation of best practice, and quality assessment of our Pricing deliveries, which will support, direct and evidence the ways in which Personal Lines Underwriting embeds conduct and compliance within the many andvaried activities carried out in the function. It will also be a key requirement to work with teams across the functions to ensure all critical issues are rectified prior to delivery and drive an environment of continuous improvement in best practice and simplification.Reporting to the Underwriting Conduct and Compliance Senior Manager, this position will support the delivery and oversight of a robust framework and quality assessment within Personal Lines Underwriting, which will ensure that change is independently testedand that the appropriate conduct and compliance measures, processes and controls are embedded across the function. This role will be critical to ensuring that Personal Lines Underwriting can successfully support the ambitions of our Personal Lines businessand will ensure that we are meeting the needs and expectations of customers and regulators.In summary, the successful candidate will be expected to:
