Job Description

R13 Recruitment are partnering a national, award-winning mortgage broker in their search for a Office Manager/Head of Administration to lead their Norwich team. You will be responsible for leading a team of administrators, overseeing a variety of mortgage processing tasks and ensuring efficient internal operations.This is a full time, permanent position working 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity is £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.The day to day

  • Leading and supervising a team of administrators in daily operations.
  • Assisting the team with telephone calls to obtain latest case updates, and report these back to the corresponding mortgage advisors.
  • Maintaining up-to-date internal records, and addressing inquiries from Mortgage Advisors, Estate agents, and Managing Directors.
  • Supporting the team during peak periods, including creating an external marketing materials and assisting with keying mortgages until the application submission.
  • Providing regular weekly and monthly updates to Estate agents.
You will have/be
  • Excellent administration experience, ideally within mortgages.
  • Demonstratable team management and supervision experience.
  • Fantatsic communication and interpersonal skills, computer literate (Microsoft programs), well organised, and strong problem-solving abilities.
