Job Description

A unique opportunity to join a long-standing and well respected business in Norwich as their Executive Assistant. This is a new opportunity to support the Senior Management Team with a variety of duties. This fantastic business has been operating for nearlyhalf a century in Norwich, and are now looking to recruit an experienced EA to provide professional, confidential and efficient support to the SMT and office. The ideal candidate will need to be practical and flexible with the ability to multi-task and dealwith a variety of tasks.Duties:

  • Managing and maintaining appointments, travel arrangements and diaries
  • Being first point of contact, responding to emails and other correspondence
  • Preparation of documents for meetings
  • Assist with day-to-day support of the SMT and projects
  • General office duties; office management of the site, dealing with projects and some marketing
  • Involved in company events and intensives, ideas always welcome
  • Boardroom/meeting management along with refreshments
  • Interest in carbon footprint and improving the business
  • Other duties as required
Skills required:
  • Experience working as a EA
  • Proven Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Ability to work proactively and identify areas to support
  • Conduct work in confidential manner
  • Good time management
  • Good organisational skills
