Job Description

Rthirteen Recruitment are supporting an evolving telecommunications firm, based in Norwich, in their search for a Customer Account Manager. You will manage, maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to increase repeat retention and customer satisfaction, while actively sourcing and selling products to new customers to support company growth.Duties to include:

  • Managing relationships with existing clients to increase repeat revenue and company growth.
  • Actively sourcing and introducing services to new customers to support company growth.
  • Promoting and upselling a range of products to existing customers.
  • Utilising leads and data to book product meetings.
  • Maintaining regular contact with existing customers to sustain and develop relationships.
  • Assisting with the monitoring and following up of campaigns and marketing activities.
You will have/be:
  • Previous customer service and/or sales experience.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills at all levels.
  • A team player.
  • The ability to work autonomously, using own initiative.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Well organised with excellent time management skills.
This is a full time, permanent position working 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.
