Commercial Support Engineer in NorwichTechnique Recruitment Solutions are a specialist Engineering & Manufacturing recruitment company working with our client who offer a comprehensive range of industrial slicing and portioning systems for fresh and precooked bacon and case ready meat applicationstey arebased in Norwich, who are looking for aCommercial Support Engineer to join their expanding team.The RoleHandle customer enquiries, generate costings and compile technical proposals. Integrating our other brands as required.Assist in the development and maintenance of internal systems to facilitate cost management and proposal costings including price lists.Assist in the development and maintenance of sales process systems.Assist in the development and maintenance of commercial data management, customer details and opportunity tracking within the Customer Management Software system.Manage internal and site trials.Main DutiesTo provide commercial, sales and technical support to the frontline sales team, including costings, proposals, quotations, project plans and presentational material. To support both internal and external stakeholders in terms of project documentation and planning.To provide a technical and commercial portal for allocated multi brand projects, ensuring timely and accurate sharing of information and feedback.To assist with maintaining the company’s CRM system.To assist with maintaining the company’s pricing structure.To assist with compiling factory and line layout drawings to support the production of customer proposals.To assist with Project management on larger scale projects.To provide support for corporate exhibitions and events on a Global basis. To participate in and contribute to the continued development of the department procedures and best practice.The role is Norwich office based with a split between pre and post-sales support. Occasional travel both domestically and overseas is a requirement of this post.
