Process11 Recruitment currently have an excellent permanent opportunity for an experienced Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer based in the Norwich area. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled Air Conditioning Installation Engineer with proven experience of maintaining a very high standard of workmanship within a similar role. Key responsibilities of the role will include the Installation, Serviceand Maintenance of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems, participation of an On-Call system to provide customers with 24-hour breakdown cover, the encouragement and assisting in the development of trainees and junior engineers, completing company documentsi.e. job cards, time sheets and maintenance reports and providing excellent communication skills to both customers and company management. To apply, you will have a minimum of 2 years experience working on Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration systems, a City & Guilds or equivalent in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning/City & Guilds 2079 Refrigerant Handling Certificate, have a flexible approachto working hours, good written and verbal communication skills with great customer service skills. An excellent knowledge of Health & Safety practices is required along with the ability to support teams, as well as working independently.
