Since it launched the Cushon Master Trust in January 2021, Cushon has led the way with its innovativeapproach to supporting its members, demonstrated through its consumer grade app and the introduction of the worlds first Net Zero pension.As part of Cushons continued growth plans and its passion for delivering a world-class customer experience, the business is now seeking to appoint a Head of Member Services. The Head of Member Services will lead and develop a best-in-class customer experienceteam, ensuring a proactive, professional, and solutions-oriented culture is instilled across the team.The successful candidate will help the operations team by providing technical and system knowledge to help with the resolution, or appropriate escalation of issues impacting the customers. They will also help to further develop and drive Cushons MemberServicing and Success strategy across multiple product lines including ISA and pensions. This is a varied role that would suit someone who is flexible and able to think outside the box.The successful candidate should demonstrate the followings skills and experience:
