Job Description

Production Operative, PeterleePeterlee, County DurhamRotational Shifts (Days & Nights 7am - 7pm / 7pm - 7am)Standard Rate: £10.07 per hourOvertime 1.5: £15.10 per hourOvertime 2: £20.14 per hourOur client is a respected, global plastic solution provider, that manufactures complex components and systems for the automotive industry. After recently expanding in the Northeast, they are continuously seeing substantial growth.This role is a fantastic opportunity as it is a temp to perm position.Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Using hand and air tools on the production line.
  • Loading and unloading parts from the machine.
  • Hand assembling produced parts.
  • Quality checking and ensuring parts are built to tolerance.
  • Maintain good housekeeping.
  • Fast paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous production or manufacturing experience.
  • Strong organisational skills and being able to work to deadlines.
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Open to further training.
