Walker Cole is searching for a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join an innovative global phatmaceutical company in the North West.As a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator, you will be required to deliver smooth end to end administrative service that supports the planning, scheduling, delivery and recording of training, management of archiving within the manufacturing department. Andprovide administrative support to the manufacturing management team and SLT as required.The Key Responsibilities of a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator include: Management of training events for manufacturing team. Responsible for the archiving of manufacturing and training documentation Collation and reporting of the training KPIs across manufacturing department Migrate training records to an electronic platform/databaseA successful Manufacturing Operations Coordinator will have: Graduated in a STEM subject or have had suitable career experience within Pharma or FMCG Experience in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel Good working knowledge of database functionality High level planning & organizing skills.
