Our retail shops play an important role in helping us achieve this.We are looking for a Shop Manager to join our network of over 160 retail shops. Will you join usIn this role, youll be responsible for managing high volumes of donated stock. Youll be commercially astute, highly organised and have a natural flair for motivating and developing others.Leading by example, youll be passionate and dedicated to your role. Youll drive sales, as well as give excellent customer service to help us raise money. There are no limits to what you could accomplish. Imagine what a difference you could make here!Its essential that you have proven management experience, ideally in the retail or charity sector.
