This company pride themselves on their large portfolio of properties, with a strong focus on the improvement of areasand properties.The ideal candidate would have no less than 5 years commercial surveying experience as well as the ability to confidently execute their role independently, on all aspects of Building Surveying, alongside an entrepreneurial mind set.Information on the role

Project management and contract administration on small to medium sized projects up to £3M including, vertical extensions, CAT A & B refurbishments, and PPM works
Manage external consultants when required on project work
Pre-Acquisition services for acquisitions
Reinstatement Cost Assessments and yearly reviews
Defect diagnosis and reactive maintenance
Assist property managers with planned preventative maintenance strategy
Provide dilapidation advice
Collaborate with agents and solicitors to facilitate asset transactions
Manage insurance claims
