Job Description

High Net Worth Account Executive As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our client portfolio.You will be a resolute and results-oriented High Net Worth Account Executive with at least 2 years’ experience working in insurance sales with a strong understanding of insurance products underwriting principles. This role requires exceptional sales negotiationand presentation skills, good account handling skills and the ability to build and maintainlong-lasting client relationships.Collaborating closely with clients to assess their insurance needs, you will provide tailored solutions to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and committed to ethical business practices and compliance with industry standards.You will have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess clients and risk profiles, and be proficient using insurance software and Microsoft Office SuiteBasic salary £55,000 to £65,000 depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits Duties

  • You will manage, build, and nurture strong client relationships and be the first point of contact for client enquiries, requests, and support.
  • Understand client insurance needs and objectives, developing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Identify and prospect new clients and business opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed business growth
  • Present and recommend insurance products and coverage options to clients,
  • explaining the benefits and value propositions.
  • Conduct risk assessments for clients and identifying potential gaps in coverage and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and other specialists to customize insurance packages that align with client sand risk profiles.
  • Oversee and conduct the administration of insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Review policy endorsements, terms, and conditions with clients, providing clarification and guidance as needed.
  • Assist clients in the claims process, from reporting incidents to consulting with insurance carriers and adjusters and provide ongoing support to clients during the claims resolution process.
  • Conduct market research to keep updated on industry trends, emerging risks, and any changes on insurance regulations.
  • Maintain and update client files and documentation, prepare and deliver regular reports to clients on their insurance portfolios and renewal options.
  • Conduct "peer" quality checks on documentation and files, as required by the business to minimize errors, ensure accuracy, and implement continuous improvement measures to enhance efficiency.
