Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Operative to join our clients ever growing team.Our client operates European Trailer Services, Bulk Chemical Tanker Service, Freight Forwarding Worldwide, Warehousing, Ocean Freight Service and World Air Freight Service.As a Warehouse Operative/Forklift Operator, your duties will be:

  • Check and measure Freight.
  • Load from dock levellers.
  • Load curtain side trailers.
  • Adhere to Health, Safety and Environment policies.
  • Flexible approach to working hours dependant on the business needs to meet company expectations.
  • Other general warehouse duties.
    • An ideal Warehouse/Forklift Operative will hold the following skills and experiences:
  • Worked within a similar role.
  • Over 12 months FLT experience
  • Experience in stacking and weight distribution.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Work well as a team.
  • Positive "can do" attitude.
    • Additional Information
  • Permanent Contract.
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Great pension scheme.
