Role SummaryPosition: Contracts Manager Location of work: Northwest Office location: MerseysideStart date: Immediate start Sectors: Commercial, Public/Govt, Healthcare, NHS, Retail, Education Project values: £250K-£3M Refurbishment, Fit Out, Refits, Remodels, New Build Type: Full Time Permanent Salary: £60,000-£70,000 plus car allowance and other benefitsDuties and Responsibilities Project programming Client management Maintaining relationships with subcontractors to deliver Need to be able to push a project and keep on top of key project milestones Submitting variation of costs Maintaining budget and program Managing 3-4 projects at a time depending on valuePossess sound construction knowledge and commercial acumenCandidate requirementsMust live in the Northwest of England in a commutable distance to MerseysideHold a valid SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid certificate.
