Job Description

Do you want a job that makes a differenceDo you want to change peoples livesBrook Street Recruitment Agency are proud to partner with an established healthcare service based in Peterborough and would be looking for a Patient Transfer Service Controller to join their fast-paced team in a public-focused contact centre environment initiallyon an 8-week assignment with the view to go permanent for the right candidate.Main Duties:

  1. Answering and processing emergency Healthcare calls direct from the public
  2. You`ll need to be able to remain calm under pressure and be happy to work in a fast-paced environment
  3. Responsible for the planning of transport for future dates
  4. Responsible for the control of ambulance service resources for the current day
  5. To ensure all patients on our transport get home as quickly as possible
  • Location: Peterborough
  • Salary: £23,177 or £11.84 per hour
  • Hours: Shift pattern basis based on 6am-10pm (37.5 hours per week) including weekends
