Job Description

HR GO Recruitment are looking for an Internal Sales Executive for their prestigious client in Newcastle Upon Tyne (NE27 0QH)Successful candidates will be responsible for the maintaining and increasing of business opportunities with all existing customer accounts, you will also be responsible for the developing of new customer accounts to achieve sales margin targets and developadd on sales. Working closely with branch colleagues to ensure the company is providing the highest standards of customer service.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop existing accounts, establishing strong relationships, establishing available spend and ensuring customer awareness of the full product range.
  • Providing quotes and technical advice on applications and product suitability.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and research, introduce, and establish new accounts.
  • Liaise with suppliers on direct deliveries and product availability.
  • Work closely with other sales colleagues both internal and external to the branch and with the Operations Manager/Assistant Branch Manager and transport and warehouse teams to meet customer expectations on delivery and resolve customer queries and serviceissues.
  • Accurately input orders and maintain efficient office systems and records.
  • Have a good knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
  • Always maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
  • Working closely with the assistant branch manager, branch director and transport/warehouse team.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Achieving sales targets and maintaining margin at or above target levels.
  • Customer retention.
  • Accuracy on any data entry/order processing.
