Job Description

Seeking a company that allows you full antimony to run a successful staffing business If yes, read on. We are seeking an experienced manager to join our fast-paced team operating temporary and flexible staffing UK wide. Flair People is a market leader in the event and sports participation markets and with our recent rebrand possibilities are endless.The main purpose of the role is to manage all the functions within the busy office and motivate and develop our team ensuring all client requests are fulfilled, processes are being dealt with in a proper manner, evolving our client operation to ultimately build on our already impressive client base.Your new Role:As our business manager alongside driving new business, expanding our client base while looking after all existing clients, motivating, and leading a core team, the role will also involve:

  • Bringing commercial viewpoint into the business to steer our offering.
  • Receiving old systems to implement new for the efficiency of the business and key workers.
  • See gaps in our operation and drive change to maintain the quality of our product and working environment.
  • Day to day function of a small business.
  • What will you get in returnPackage: £35,000- £45,000pa + uncapped commission across all annual contacts. What would make a successful Flair Business Manager:
  • Experience recruitment consultant, temp desk experience, or 360 HR knowledge. The ability to step in at the top of the chain to professionally work through all HR requirements legally and ethically to ensure all our workers are treated correctly.
  • Event experience, knowledge or proven track record of task delivery in a moving industry. There are many components to delivering staff to events or office blocks. An understanding to discuss staffing solutions will be an asset.
  • Confident leadership skills that can inspire your team.
  • Excellent due diligence, strong working ethics, attention to details and great communicator.
  • Excellent delegation technique to ensure every aspect of a small team turns sufficiently to enable success and that important work life balance.
  • Appreciation of the importance of excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and secure new business opportunities.
