Job Description

A busy staffing agency is seeking a new talent to join its friendly driven team. As a small business we are seeking a person with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to grow in a job and develop full ownership. A Senior Payroll Administrator seeking to widen their title and assist in the operations and development of our brand.Immediate start.Initial Key Responsibilities include:

  • Solely responsible for managing our weekly payroll.
  • Payroll reconciliations to clients billing.
  • Dealing with wage queries to supporting a staffing department.
  • Developing correct best practice for pension scheme of temporary workers.
  • Maintaining our payroll products from an inhouse database, payroll software and sage invoicing
  • Liaising and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Ability and interest to create and build business oppertutnies.
  • The Candidate
  • Must have strong problem solving skills, attention to detail and due diligence.
  • Multi task and excellent time management.
  • Ability to work in a fast busy environment.
  • Strong understanding of all payroll legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team work and individual spirit.
