ARE YOU LOOKING FOR AN EXCITING NEW CHALLENGEA QUALITY MARKET LEADING, ESTABLISHED ESTATE AGENTS REQUIRES A SALES NEGOTIATOR BASIC SALARY £18-20,000 DOE £45-60,000 OTE (uncapped) My client are looking for a Sales Negotiator with a minimum of one years experience to join their team, a known and successful brand with excellent ongoing career opportunities.The position is for a person who is driven, competent and thrives in a busy environment. You must be able to show good communication skills both face to face and over the phone and have a desire to work in a competitive team with uncapped earnings, in returnyou will be responsible for:

Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
Matching customer needs for buying & selling of properties
Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
Showing people around properties in the local area
General administration duties with basic IT skills & data input
Organised and efficient with good attention to detail
Local knowledge preferable
Full driving licence and own car essential
