Our North London client is seeking a Network and Communications Specialist to join their team in Early May on a permanent basis with a salary of up to £30,000 on offer. This role comes with a great perks package and the opportunity to work with a great communications business.What does the role entailYour role as the Network and Communications Specialist will be to support the business working alongside the team covering a variety of technical tasks. You will manage telephony and technical issues for customers ensuring a smooth process for all, whilst managing the expectations of customers and performing to the best of your ability. You will oversee all aspects of the communications piece, providing key advice on areas of Telephony (Mobile/fixed/VOIP), escalating complex issues when required. As a Network and Communications specialist, you will take ownership of your own customer group including support on issues and administration including managing customer bills.What skills will you haveThe ideal candidate for this Network and communications role will be conversant in all things tech and have an appreciation of what is needed across networks, as well as being able to perform the above duties with ease. It would be advantageous if you have an understanding of wireless networks covering core group businesses, though this is not essential.
