This role will focus on the delivery of commercial and trading skills, supporting bpsTrading and Shipping business but also the wider bp organisation.Working with a team of commercial and learning specialists, the right candidate will drive the learning processes, communications, reporting and data driven insights, structured learning paths,physical and virtual course coordination, while handling and optimising physical/virtual infrastructure and working closely with central teams.In addition, the responsibilities includes running the delivery of offsite events and assessments, including maintainingconsistent standards and best practice, documentation and data integrity, while respecting relevant legal and audit standards. It will also include to use data to make inferences and implement process improvements, communicating with partners on areas suchas DE&I.The role will act as primary organiser/course owner for the UK Commercial Skills Programme, a structured learning programme to develop commercial and trading skills for a select cohort over two years.The candidate would be expected to develop intodelivering their own content for basic commercial learning, including but not limited to exercises/workshops for university students and school students. They will also be able to work in Agile squads to support the broader learning organisation.There is significantopportunity to work both remotely and flexibly!Key Accountabilities:Define and deliver robust processes to gain efficiency and deliver data driven insights into learning utilisation, outreach and assessments, and turn those insights into reports, practicalrecommendations and improvementsSupport the delivery of training courses, learning curricula, workshops, face to face and virtual learning, in multiple modalitiesSupport the curation, design and maintenance of online learning offers, maintaining standardsand consistency, including effective utilisation of learning technology such as Articulate RiseHelp maintain a skills taxonomy related to commercial knowledge and trading/entrepreneurship. Coordinate structured development programmes, for graduates and experiencedstaff.Conduct learning requirements analyses and gap identification. Capable of working in Agile teams, working with the broader Talent organisation, stakeholders and SMEsEssential Education, Experience and Job Requirements:Business relevant Bachelors degreeor relevant qualification or experienceAbility to handle subject matter authorities and senior management to ensure the provision of commercial training and assessment. Able to influence and to build consensus across teams in order to understand and meet stakeholderneedsExcellent organisational skills & ability to think strategically and creatively.
