Position: Gas Compliance OfficerLocation: Nazeing - EssexHours: 08:30 - 17:00Benefits: Company Pension schemeBrief summary of the organisation: Nazeing Heating is a commercial heating company which serves housing associations across the South East region of England. Providing specialist and professional services since 1976.Nazeing Heating carry out all different services to our clients such as commercial installations, domestic/commercial servicing, reactive repairs, consultancy advice and many more services we provide on a day to day basis.You will be working for a fast growing, highly driven company who manages over 2,000 properties for our clients in the South East region of England. With excellent standards in place, you will be working for an organisation that is committed to providing astrong customer focus and delivering high performance.As the Gas Compliance Officer, you will be:Liaising and dealing with our gas engineers and contractors ensuring all contracts are compliant and up to date with new and existing legislation.Organising and ensuring all properties receive a statutory annual service for gas, LPG, oil and green technology and arranging services on a daily basis within the time frame which is required by our clients.Also you will be required to work on our management system with fellow colleagues to ensure works and data is being complete and provided on job completion.Close date for applications: 12 noon on Friday the 30th of November.Please get in touch for your opportunity to work with Nazeing Heating and to discuss further regarding our new exciting role.
