Job Description

Our client based in Nazeing is growing rapidly and they are looking for Customer Experience Advisors to join an established team. The company is a young, innovative brand that is continuously investing in their service, staff and products.As part of the customer experience team you will be the main point of contact for customer queries across all of the channels: Facebook, email, live chat, Instagram and whatsApp. You will working on an in house system (Zendesk) to efficiently reply to all customer queries as quickly as possible giving them a first class service.

  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming correspondence in a professional and friendly manner leaving a positive impression
  • Generate sales leads, helping customers make a decision and taking orders
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Respond to feedback and questions from customers
  • Liaise with delivery teams and suppliers
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Skills and experience required:
  • Proven customer support experience essential
  • Excellent communication and listening skills essential
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • The ability to deal and respond to all different characters
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • This is a full time position which will include some weekend working which will be on a rota basis.Monday - Friday 12 Noon - 8pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm.Permanent position with an Immediate start.
