Job Description

Our client based in Nazeing are looking for candidates with previous customer service experience. You will be working as part of a friendly, vibrant team whose aim is to redefine the customers journey. The company is a young, innovative, fast growing brand that continuously invest in their service, staff and products.Key responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming correspondence in a professional and friendly manner, leaving a positive impression of themselves and the company
  • Generate sales leads, helping customers make a decision and taking orders
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Respond to feedback and questions from customers
  • Liaise with delivery teams, suppliers and third party companies
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Experience and skills required:
  • Proven customer support experience essential
  • Track record of over-achieving
  • Strong communication with active listening skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presention skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Experience using Zendesk would be an advantage
  • The position is full time, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, permanent with an immediate start.
